Tailors! Don't abandon your Mannequin! If one of the breast of your Mannequin was pushed inside you should do this to bring it back to normal. This works!

Keep it under the sun for a long time, when the sun hit it, it will soften it a little, then press it out.that is how it did mine.
Use hand dryer it will bring it out, is wat am using for my own
Just put it in the sun... Works like magic
U will boil water,I mean hot water,den u turn d affected plc inside the water
Boil hot water n put it inside the water for some time.
