Please get these things ready.....
A litre of water
7 pieces of bitter kola
11 pieces of lemon
Peel the rib of bitter kola into small pieces, put inside the water bottle
Slice the lemon add inside the water
Let it ferment for three days, then
Drink it on the third day.
A glass cup in the morning as you wake up and the last thing before bed
Do this 3times a week till you're sure the
infections are dismantled.
